US Shipping Information
What is your shipping policy?
Our local standard shipping method is $9.99 per order.
A complementary standard shipping is offer for free to all order over $150.
Please note, that we currently do not ship internationally.
However, the good news is our Amazon products are available to ship from Amazon warehouse to limited countries.
When will my order be processed?
Most orders will be processed and mailed within 24-72 hours of placing your order. Processing of your order does not include shipping time.
How long is the delivery time?
Please allow 7-10 business days for a delivery on free standard shipping method.
If you need the items sooner, we also offer expedited shipping services at additional fee. Please make sure to select the type of delivery you prefer at check out.
Please allow additional time for delivery during weekends and major holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received anything within 72 hours of placing an order, please kindly email us at hello@podarashome.com.
US Return Information
Can I return my item(s)?
We want you to be pleased with your Podaras Home purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return for store credit or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below.
Note, there is an $10.00 return postage fee, which you can either have deducted from your refund or pay yourself to USPS. The item must be in like-new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like-new" means unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable.
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival to report if any significant damage happened in transit. Podaras Home reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions at Podrashome.com for individuals identified as having an unreasonable return pattern.
Sales to individuals who place corporate orders, resellers, and bulk purchasers are final. No exchange or return exceptions will be granted.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Certain items designated as ‘sale’ or discontinued are not returnable. If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a code promotion or other dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
Return by Mail
Once you read information on "Can I return my item(s)" and decide to return your purchase, you can start your return by:
- sending us an email to hello@podarashome.com. AND
- inlcuding your order number and list of the item (s) you wish to return.
Please note,there is an $10.00 return postage feewhich you can either have deducted from your refund or pay yourself to USPS.
Once recieve your email, we will confirm the return and send you a postage label.
Prepare your package
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
Ship it
When your package is ready, you can ship it via the courier provided by our customer service.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us at hello@podarashome.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to the address provided.
- A duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. If you choose to cancel the shipment of any item(s) and you placed your order using a gift card, a refund for the cancelled item(s) will be issued to the original form of payment. For all other orders, you will not be charged for any cancelled or unshipped item(s).
