Shipping

Refund Policy
a. Returns & Exchanges
- Products are inspected before shipping. We do not offer refunds if items arrive undamaged or have been used.
- Damaged products during shipment can be replaced or refunded if photographic proof is submitted within seven days of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed within fourteen days of purchase, with the buyer covering shipping costs.
b. Refunds
- Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, excluding return shipping fees, within 5-10 business days.
Return Process
- Email hello@podarashome.com to request a return. We provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for return.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Privacy
PH's privacy practices are governed by its privacy policy. The Privacy Policy does not cover third-party practices that PH does not own or control.
Security
PH takes the security of your personal information seriously, using reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access and use.
