SHIPPING
What is your shipping policy?
Our local standard shipping method is $9.99 per order. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
A complementary standard shipping is offer for free to all order over $150. When your package is ready, you can ship it via the courier provided by our customer service. *** Please note, that we currently do not ship internationally. ***
When will my order be processed?
Most orders will be processed and mailed within 24-72 hours of placing your order. Processing of your order does not include shipping time.
How long is the delivery time?
Please allow 7-10 business days for a delivery on free standard shipping method.
If you need the items sooner, we also offer expedited shipping services at additional fee. Please make sure to select the type of delivery you prefer at check out. Please allow additional time for delivery during weekends and major holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received anything within 72 hours of placing an order, please kindly email us at hello@podarashome.com.
RETURNING
Can I return my item(s)?
We want you to be pleased with your Podaras Home purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return for store credit or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in like-new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like-new" means unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival to report if any significant damage happened in transit. Podaras Home reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition. Please email us at hello@podarashome.com to request a return.
Notes:
o Restocking fee maybe charged upon our discretion.
o There is an $10.00 flat return postage fee for item(s) value under $50, which you can either have deducted from your refund or pay yourself to USPS. Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping fee for items that are valued over $50.
o To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions at podrashome.com for individuals identified as having an unreasonable return pattern.
o All sales are final. No exchange or return exceptions will be granted.
o Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Certain items designated as ‘sale’ or discontinued are not returnable.
o If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a code promotion or other dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all the qualifying items are returned.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Exchanges are allowed within fourteen days of purchase, with the buyer covering shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@podarashome.com.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, excluding return shipping fees, within 5-10 business days.
CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us at hello@podarashome.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to the address provided.
- A duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. If you choose to cancel the shipment of any item(s) and you placed your order using a gift card, a refund for the cancelled item(s) will be issued to the original form of payment. For all other orders, you will not be charged for any cancelled or unshipped item(s).
